But being busy doesn’t always mean being clear.

Here are 3 signs a brand might be lacking direction:

1. Different visuals everywhere;
Logos, colors, fonts, and styles change depending on who is designing or posting.
It looks creative, but feels inconsistent.

2. No one agrees on what the brand stands for;
Ask three people in the team what the brand represents, you get three different answers.
That’s not diversity, that’s confusion.

3. Marketing feels random, not intentional;
Content goes out when someone remembers. Promotions follow urgency, not strategy. There is activity, but no clear story.
