اَللّٰهُمَّ مُصَرِّفَ الْقُلُوْبِ صَرِّفْ قُلُوْبَنَا عَلَىٰ طَاعَتِكَ
O Allah, Changer of hearts, direct our hearts to Your obedience.
ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAmr (raḍiy Allāhu ‘anhuma) reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Verily, the hearts of the children of Adam, all of them, are between the two fingers of the Merciful as one heart. He directs them wherever He wills.” (Muslim 2654)

Anas b. Mālik (raḍiy Allāhu ‘anhu) narrates that the when the Prophet ﷺ would be distressed, he would say;
يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّوْمُ ، بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيْثُ
O The Ever Living, The One Who sustains and protects all that exists; I seek assistance through Your Mercy.
(Tirmidhī 3524)

اَللّٰهُمَّ جَدِّدِ الْإِيْمَانَ فِيْ قَلْبِيْ
{Allāhumma jaddidi-l-īmāna fī qalbī.}
O Allah, keep faith rejuvenated in my heart.
ʿAbdullāh b. ʿUmar (radiy Allāhū ‘anhumā) narrates that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Indeed, īmān (faith) wears out in your hearts the way a piece of cloth wears out. So ask Allah to rejuvenate īmān (faith) in your hearts.” (Hākim 1/4)

۞ قُلۡ یَـٰعِبَادِیَ ٱلَّذِینَ أَسۡرَفُوا۟ عَلَىٰۤ أَنفُسِهِمۡ لَا تَقۡنَطُوا۟ مِن رَّحۡمَةِ ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ یَغۡفِرُ ٱلذُّنُوبَ جَمِیعًاۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلۡغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِیمُ﴿
Say, O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allāh. Indeed, Allāh forgives all sins.[[For those who repent and correct themselves.]] Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.
