My very first ceramicpiece! Made it on January but i never got around to glazing. Honestly didn't know what colors or design i should go for till like last Wednesday. I thought about it so much but nothing really felt right and i am so so glad i waited because look at it. Its gorgeous!

Had so much fun trying the wheel with lai. Playing with the clay itself was a bit stressful. It felt like polar opposite of painting. I did have fun glazing tho! Its so satisfying watching it dry so fast.

Here's to me trying to learn portraits all over again;) This was very fun and quick, i think max abt 30 mins.

Charcoal is very fun if you are up for the mess. Less of color makes it easier to focus just on form and shape so lets see! I shall practice more and build up my sketching skills. Something i haven't done much ever since i discovered i can paint.

Here's a little something i wrote last October to convince myself to hold on a little longer for dreams will only be dreams if we dont let ourselves live through them;)

What is it to live without dreams,
To feel the sun way up high,
To accept that you will burn if you got closer.

What is it to live without a compass ,
To read the stars at night,
To only adore from afar.

What is to live without souls,
To leave behind a forest unknown ,
To take footsteps on a path cut down.

What is it to live without me,
For this is to live without you,
My solar, my sky, my earth.

I could keep on painting on this piece forever. I am not really sure what happened on the bottom left corner, just noticed. Well, i shall continue painting on this then for sure!

Never felt more sure and yet more lost than now, funny. Not lost in the sense of lost but more of trying to become something i myself am trying to discover. This is to the beauty of becoming!
Hehhe i can go on about this painting as it is my self portrait for the year. Used bunch of pictures of light rays i have captured over the span of a year seeping through nature and loved ones.

Wish i am intelligent enough to grasp on how light rays move and create all the sparkles and shines with all the colors!

Made these to practice live watercolor portrait illustrations for a wedding. Put the timer on and i was able to go from 15 mins to 6 mins but forgot about all the chaos doing it live would bring hehhe😅 Currently working on the actual wedding pieces. Cant wait to share the final results.

HII HELLOWW !!! I don’t think I have ever really introduced myself here at all, and 21 rounds around the sun seems reasonable enough to finally do so ;)

I am Hana! Awwana (އައްވާނާ), as most here know. A very delusional, naive girl trying to chase all of her crazy dreams out of her head into reality. I recently started trying live art, and I have been loving it so far. (DMs are open for bookings 🤭)

I did study Visual Arts and am currently creating at Kurahaa Studios. Living in art all day, every day feels pretty insane and I can’t wait to experience all that is waiting for me!

(This is definitely not me stalling for my yearly self-portrait painting or marketing;))

This one is from one quite midnight that i stayed up till dawn after a hectic day of running around. I seem to sometimes forget what a privilege it truly is wish for more hours in a day.

Did my first live art at a wedding last year! Here's some close ups and progress of the painting i did. Whole experience was so nice, i loved it so much!

The painting is not just one moment from the wedding which makes it so so special. I chose the hut for the background for its where the first look and the marriage ceremony took place at. The sky is bunch of cloud pictures i took throughout at the wedding from golden hour to the sunset.

I hope the painting plays like a time capsule for the couple. Thankyou so much for letting me capture one of the big days of your lives through a painting

A little fun something i have been upto recently. Its a little sample experiment just to see how far i can push myself. So in love with it.
Sadly its not an actual wedding but i would love to tell each story that feels intimate and truly your's through a painting. Where all the weddings at ;)

STILL IN DISBELIEF! I really did it? with acrylics? Crazy

Painting outside is just something else with the best people around always. I could live today over and over again. Started the painting months ago but i am so glad i left it unfinished till it felt the right moment to paint the rest.
