đ We continue to celebrate World Oceans Day.
This weekend, more than 200 young people from Scout groups across Mauritius came together on the beach of Flic-en-Flac to reconnect with the ocean and reflect on the role each of us can play in its protection.
Through educational activities, artistic ateliers, and moments of exchange, participants explored the importance of preserving the marine ecosystems that support biodiversity, livelihoods, and the well-being of communities around the world.
At Odysseo Foundation, we believe that ocean conservation starts with awareness, connection, and collective action. By engaging young people and creating opportunities to learn from and experience the ocean firsthand, we are helping nurture a generation of informed and committed ocean stewards.
As we continue to celebrate World Oceans Day, we are reminded that protecting the ocean is a shared responsibility, one that requires collaboration, education, and long-term commitment.
A sincere thank you to all the Scout groups, volunteers, partners, and participants who made this day possible.
Together, we can help build a blue future where both people and the ocean thrive.
