Together, Laura, Margara, Britt, and Paula will guide you through a nourishing and uplifting journey designed to leave you feeling energised, grounded, and inspired.

✨ Opening Meditation & Yoga Nidra – Laura
A gentle inward journey to settle the mind and awaken presence.
✨ Warm-Up & Sun Salutations – Britt
Seated mobility practices followed by Sun Salutation A & B to build heat and vitality.
✨ Dancing Warrior Flow – Paula
A dynamic sequence to cultivate strength, balance, resilience, and joyful movement.
✨ Cool Down & Closing Meditation – Margara
A restorative finish with reflections on the tools yoga offers for lifelong wellbeing.
