Just a few months ago, Sofya joined our Kadanse family, and her ballet classes have quickly become a favourite among our young dancers in Floreal. 💖

In this new tutorial, Kareen guides your child through the plié and demi-plié, two of the most important movements in classical dance. These essential exercises help improve posture, balance, strength, and technique from the very beginning.

Whether they are already dancing or simply curious to give ballet a try, this tutorial lets them learn at their own pace, pause, replay, and practise as often as they like.
