Opera Nova Project, in collaboration with Teatru Salesjan, presents Aria: An Evening of Opera at Teatru Salesjan 11th August at 8pm.

Marking the culmination of an intensive summer academy, the concert features a talented cohort of Maltese and international students.
Over the course of the programme, these emerging artists have refined their craft under the guidance of three renowned tutors: celebrated soprano Professor Janis Kelly, legendary opera singer Nelly Miricioiu, and acclaimed pianist and musical director Professor James Pearson.
Join us for an evening of passion, drama, and opera's most beloved arias as the next generation of opera stars takes to the stage of the beautiful Teatru Salesjan.

Opera Nova Project Foundation is looking for a highly organised, reliable, and proactive Part-Time Administrator to join our team.

This is primarily a remote position with flexible working hours. However, the successful applicant will be expected to attend occasional in-person meetings and events when required, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while supporting a dynamic and creative organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scheduling classes and rehearsals
- Liaising with tutors, students, and international guest tutors
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks
- Basic bookkeeping
- Maintaining clear communication and ensuring the smooth running of programmes

About You:

- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Able to manage Google Drive and online scheduling tools
