We are now looking for a passionate Accounts professional who is ready to take on an exciting opportunity as our Junior Accounts Executive. In this role we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who has a keen interest in this mission critical facet of Finance.


Main responsibilities:

Updating accounting records
Assisting with the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Responsible for reconciliations
Assisting with cash flow management
Assisting with the closure of monthly and annual accounts
Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns and other regulatory reporting


What we need from you:

1 year previous experience in a similar position
Be computer literate
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Be in possession of an analytical mind-set and have good attention to detail
Candidates in the process of obtaining a professional accounting qualification would be preferred
Experience in the use of Xero will be considered as an asset.

Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of all Responsible gaming cases while liaising with internal departments and making detailed logs of each case.
- Interacting with customers via chat, email, phone and other channels.
- Review and monitor the current responsible gaming programs and the effectiveness of those programs.
- Maintain and develop policies and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of those programs.
- Ensure Responsible Gaming is an integral part of the daily operations in everything, from customer service to marketing and technical enhancements.
- Train and provide information to all staff in Responsible Gaming strategies and procedures.
- Promote awareness of responsible gaming issues.
- Ensure Compliance with Responsible Gaming Legislative Requirements.

Requirements:

- Fluency in both written and oral English.
- At least 2 years Responsible Gaming experience.
- In-depth knowledge of responsible gaming regulations in relevant markets.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking/innovation.
- Ability to draft & update the policies and procedures of the Company ensuring Compliance.
- Handling of licensing application & maintenance.
- Deal with all Regulatory bodies on all Compliance matters.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Participate in general company administration.
