On Wednesday 25th February 2026, ZARARTI celebrated World Commedia dell'Arte Day with a special event held at Friggieri Hall Valletta Design Cluster. The event included a presentation by Narcy Calamatta about Commedia dell'Arte and its connection with Malta, a performance from an original play 'Love Potion for Pantalone', a presentation by Marvic Doughty about Zararti's activities in 2025, and a concluding presentation by Jeremy Grech about Komunita' Kommedja. A networking reception brought the evening to an end.

ZARARTI Management Committee member Michael Piscopo was recognised during a recent event organised by the Foundation for the Conservation of the Maltese Honey Bee. Michael wrote and composed two songs in a trilogy of children's songs celebrating Malta’s national insect, the Maltese Honey Bee, and the other national species. On Saturday 25th October, Zararti Malta Cultural Association took part in the annual Zejt iz-Zejtun festival with KOMMEDIA, a celebration of Commedia dell'Arte, directed by Jeremy Grech. A large audience enjoyed the lively and entertaining show, which included musical accompaniment on accordion.
