🔥 Urban Style Kid Goku Update 🔥

The head is finally getting close to finished 👀🔥

Did a few touch-ups on the repaired hair sections after the whole 💀 “floating hair support disaster” 💀 and honestly… it’s blending way better than I expected 😂

A little more cleanup, light sanding, matte black touch-up paint, and this thing should be DONE 🔥

Kinda crazy comparing the “printer emergency surgery” pics to how it looks now 😂

Meanwhile the legs are printing and WOW…
the pants and shoes are coming out AMAZING 🔥👟

The oversized sneakers especially are looking super clean and the layered folds in the pants printed way better than I hoped.

Honestly I’m feeling really happy with how this whole thing looking 👀🔥

After all the tape engineering, glue, filler, and panic moments haha Letsssss Goooooooooooooo 💀😂

💀 PRINT RECOVERY ARC SUCCESSFUL 💀

Started printing my new 🔥 Urban Style Kid Goku 🔥 about a day and a half ago…

Everything was going perfect until yesterday when I noticed TWO hair sections were basically printing in the air supported by like… 2 microscopic strands of support 💀

The moment I saw it I knew:
“yeah this thing is about to die” 😂

I stopped the printer mid-print and tried taping the pieces in place… but while taping them I barely touched the parts and BOTH hair spikes snapped loose completely 😭

At that point the print should’ve been finished.

BUT…

✨ Gorilla tape engineering entered the chat ✨

I basically built a tape bridge holding the floating hair sections exactly where they needed to be so the printer could keep printing on top of them 😭😂

And somehow… IT ACTUALLY WORKED.

The print survived.
Finished successfully.
Only needed a little repair work after.

Now the broken hair parts are fully glued back together 🔥
Covered the damaged areas with filler and filled all the small gaps/holes from the repair process.

Tomorrow:
✔ Light sanding
✔ Matte black touch-up
✔ Final cleanup

Honestly I think matte black is going to blend perfectly with Bambu Matte Charcoal Black 👀🔥

And in the meantime… the legs are already printing 👀🔥
20 hour print while I prepare the torso next 😂

Honestly i had to save a day and a half of print 💀🔥

1105g print saved by pure tape magic, filler, and stubbornness 😂
