At ELG, We believe that looking after our people also means looking after their mental health. 🧠

Our team recently took part in a mental health course, learning how to recognize signs, communicate with empathy, offer support and respond to challenging situations, including crisis situations.

Because sometimes, knowing how to listen, support and act we can make a real difference. ❤

🍻 A great afternoon out for the ELG team!

We recently had the opportunity to visit the Farsons Brewery Experience, where we learned about the rich history of one of Malta's most iconic brands, explored the fascinating brewing process, and gained insight into the craftsmanship behind every brew.

To top it all off, we ended the day at the Cisk Tap, enjoying a tasting session and some well-deserved team time together.
