Caroline Pillow and Marisa Farrugia share the passion and desire to pass on the skills to eager
beginners in Cake Decorating and the collaboration has turned out to be a very enriching experience
as both are dedicated to delivering something special. This is an ever evolving art, and whilst the basics remain the same, one has to keep abreast with new techniques and to remain up-to-date with new st

yles and disciplines especially if we want to show others how to do it well. Motivated by this, Marisa attended an advanced course at the internationally renowned Squires Kitchen International School of cake decorating in the UK. This experience has further boosted her ambition to achieve the best possible results in being able to pass on her knowledge with all the experience accumulated in cake decorating. Our goal is to give an opportunity to those potentially talented cake artists to express their creativity at the highest possible standards.
