Tasks:
¥ Development of new concepts and creative ideas
¥ Creation of Game Design Document (GDD)
¥ Design and balancing of games
¥ Development of gameplay / level design / user interface / story
¥ Developing solutions in direct communication with other team members
¥ Clear communication of vision and content to team members
¥ Analysis of usability tests and improvement suggestions
¥ Competitive analysis and presentation
¥ Support and development of existing games
Our requirements:
¥ Very good theoretical and practical knowledge of design of online games
¥ At least 2 years experience as a game designer (recommended)
¥ Well established practices in the creation and maintenance of game design documents
¥ Basic knowledge in project management and QA processes
¥ Independent and reliable operation
¥ Readiness for independent and intensive team work
¥ High motivation and flexibility
¥ Very good English, spoken and written
¥ Sense of monetization of free-to-play games
¥ Passion for games of all kinds
¥ Experience in the creation of sketches and drawings to demonstrate ideas
