Today marked the end of our Easter Club… and what a beautiful journey it has been.
Our youngest children spent the morning creating the sweetest little bunny faces, before meeting Naya, our gentle rabbit, who happily accepted all the cuddles and attention. There was something special about watching them care so naturally, so gently.
Each child then planted their own basil to take home — a small pot, but a big lesson. How to care, how to be patient, how to help something grow.
And of course, one last round of feeding the animals… a moment many of them looked forward to every single day.
With our older group, the day took a different turn — one of challenge, teamwork and thinking beyond the obvious.
We spoke about survival… about the rule of 3, and what really matters when you strip life down to its essentials.
They worked together to mark trails for each other, trusting that their clues would lead the way.
They built shelters with simple materials, discovering that creativity often matters more than resources.
And they stepped into a real-life scenario, making decisions about food, water and priorities — learning that survival is not just about knowledge, but about working together.
By the end, they were back to what children do best — laughing, running, playing their favourite games in the open air.
Five days.
So many small moments.
So much growth.
We are truly grateful to all the parents who trusted us with their children.
And to the children — thank you for your energy, your curiosity, and the joy you bring to this place.
We hope to see many of you again very soon.
