“Before confidence hour, some of the kids couldn’t speak in the circle"

- In Week 1, they avoided eye contact and barely whispered their name.
- In Week 4, they stood in front of the group and said:
“I am braver than I think. My name is ____, I'm ___ yrs old. My fav things to do are ____ . My fav colour is ___" and before they knew it, they were cracking jokes, and asking to do it again and again.

That’s what happens when children practice confidence in a safe space.

Confidence isn’t personality...It’s a skill - and it can be built!

OFFICIALLY launching next groups of Confidence Hour.
Sessions will be either Thursdays (Group 1) or Fridays (Group 2).

👉 Starting Thursday 24th & Friday 25th April.

GET IN TOUCH and sign up your kid/s for 1hr each week, total of 4 sessions.

As always, I promise to give my all and to keep putting big smiles on their faces and I'll do my best to give them that boost they need in building their confidence, 1hr at a time 🥰

Confidence Hour has given me yet another reason to smile, to go home at the end of the day and tap myself on the shoulder. Giving something to these awesome kids is proving to be more rewarding than I expected. The feedback I have received from parents is incredible. Below, are just a few nice comments i've received from my first 2 groups.

Today was the first session of Confidence Hour

…thank you to you the parent/s who signed up your amazing kids and as I promised I am/will do
My best to bring the very best out of them and own every room they walk into. Hopefully will manage this in the 4 sessions we have together. 😍

What is The Confidence Hour?
It's all about building your child’s confidence, one hour at a time. Whether preparing them for the stage or helping them navigate everyday life, I will focus on nurturing self-assurance that will hopefully last a lifetime. Confidence is the foundation for becoming a strong performer or simply thriving as they enter their teenage years!

Attention Parents:
I’ll be accepting only 10 kids per group to ensure personalised attention. There are a few spots left for the first two groups, starting on February 27th. Don’t miss out! 🥰
