Saint Patrick's Sunday Floriana 2015

The feast was always celebrated in the so-called Balzunetta area of Floriana with the participation of Irish soldiers stationed at the near y barracks. After more than 100 years the Floriana Local Council with the collaboration of Floriana Ajax Sports Club had the interest to give a re-birth to this feast and it's connections between Floriana and Ireland. day 15th March. This year we have boosted up our programme thanks to the hard working of the organising committee and our official partners who believed in this event. For te first time we are pleased to announce that on the main stage a main local band is set to perform. RED ELECTRICK will be our main artists for this event, and exclusively for this years edition, band TURAS is coming over from Dublin specifically for St. This year we are issuing an official magazine of the event and we are greatful to give our support to Cystic Fibrosis Organisation. The kids area and food stalls, will complement this event to all the family and even our Green beer will be available for all who wants to be a real Irish for the day, however keep yourselves informed with more details amd the full official programme on this page as more info will be posted every day.
