The initiative is open to applicants aged 18+ who are not currently employed by Rivers or any Rush Street Gaming property, and it welcomes candidates ranging from students to retirees.

Trainees receive access to the casino’s benefits package, including health care, 401(k) vesting, tuition reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. Experienced dealers may also qualify for bonuses of up to $10,000 for proficiency in two core games, plus annual retention incentives. The program is part of the casino’s August events lineup and aims to move successful trainees directly into part‑time or full‑time dealer roles after passing their audition.

Analysis: What the advert really means
The advert indicates that the four‑week course will focus primarily on Carnival games — a low‑skill entry point that places new employees at an immediate disadvantage. Carnival games do not build the technical foundation required for long‑term progression.
