• Sweat can irritate & affect healing
• Stretching can damage the design
• Friction & tight clothing can pull scabs & ruin your tattoo

🧐So when can you work out?

• 2–3 days: no workouts
• 1 week: light workouts (avoid the area)
• 2–4 weeks: gradually back to normal
