This little Cherub has been donated to Arist Cordina representative of the Royal British Legion Malta GC Branch, Royal British Legion Malta GC Branch, for their 14th February 2026 Gala Dinner fund raising event. In aid of the Poppy Appeal Fund (Red poppy) for war veterans and their families.
In loving memory of Archibald ‘Archie’ Hardie, Royal Navy HMS Indefatigable, Jutland; Alexander ‘Sander’ Hardie Royal Malta Artillery, Malta; Antonio ‘Toni’ Bonett Royal Malta Artillery, Malta; Joseph ‘Ġużi’ Bonett Royal Army Service Corp, Malta and so many others who took up arms, some at the cost of their lives, so that future generations can live in freedom. Let’s not forget the contribution of animals: horses, dogs and pigeons (Purple poppy)!
