2. 若上游供貨短缺，本店將全額退還訂金，不保證配貨數量。

5. 預訂藏品行情漲跌與本店無關，請自行衡量風險。
6. 物流、廠商發行等不可控因素導致延遲，本店不承擔責任；運輸外盒凹陷屬正常情況，不得作退換理由。
7. 店內/面交可當場驗貨；無異議帶走貨品、卡牌拆箱離開視線後，原廠瑕疵（白點、邊損、摺痕）及事後品相問題一概不受理退換賠償，卡牌售出後無任何退換。
8. 商品圖片僅供參考，無追蹤寄件風險由買家自行負責
9. 針對卡牌類產品：售出後，箱內內容物的品質和完整性由購買者自行承擔。請在購買/面交前仔細檢查產品或拆箱驗貨，由於卡牌的特殊性質，出貨後不接受任何理由的退換。同意購買即表示您已理解並接受以上述條款。

Please read these rules carefully before placing a pre-order. Placing an order means you fully understand and agree to all terms. Thank you.
1. The release date follows the official brand schedule. Delays may happen, and orders cannot be cancelled due to delays.
2. If our supplier runs out of stock, we will fully refund your deposit. We do not guarantee full order quantities.
3. The final quoted price is binding. Double-check the price before placing your order.
4. Items will be distributed in the order you paid your deposit.
5. We are not liable for any price changes of collectibles. Please consider the market risks before ordering.
6. We take no responsibility for delays caused by manufacturers or shipping. Dented outer boxes from delivery are normal and cannot be used for returns or refunds.
7. You may inspect items in-store or during face-to-face handover. Once you take items away without raising issues, we will not accept returns, exchanges or compensation for factory flaws (white spots, edge wear, creases) or any later condition problems. All trading cards are non-refundable after sale.
8. Product photos are for reference only. You bear all risks if you choose untracked shipping.
9. For trading cards: The buyer takes full responsibility for the condition and completeness of cards after purchase. Inspect or unbox cards fully before handover. No returns or exchanges for cards will be accepted after you receive them. Buying means you accept all rules above.
BEARBRICKJPMO reserves the final right of judgment for all disputes.
