Montessori မှာ ကလေးတွေရဲ့ သင်ယူမှုဟာ စာအုပ်ထဲကနေချည်း မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ နေ့စဉ်ဘဝရဲ့ သေးသေးလေးသောအလုပ်တွေကနေ စတင်ပါတယ်။ 🤍

ရေကို ကိုယ်တိုင်လောင်းခြင်း၊
ဖိနပ်ကို ကိုယ်တိုင်စီးခြင်း၊
မုန့်လေးကို ကိုယ်တိုင်ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း၊
စားပွဲကို သန့်ရှင်းခြင်း၊
ကိုယ့်ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကို ဂရုစိုက်ခြင်း… 🌱

ဒီလို ရိုးရှင်းတဲ့အလုပ်လေးတွေကနေ ကလေးတွေဟာ
coordination, concentration, confidence နဲ့ ကိုယ်တိုင်
လုပ်နိုင်တယ်ဆိုတဲ့ ယုံကြည်မှုကို တဖြည်းဖြည်းတည်ဆောက်လာကြပါတယ်။

ကလေးတစ်ယောက်ကို “ကိုယ်တိုင်လုပ်ပါ” လို့ ပြောရုံနဲ့ Independence ဖြစ်လာတာမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။
သူကိုယ်တိုင် ပါဝင်လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်မယ့် ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တစ်ခု ဖန်တီးပေးခြင်း က ပိုအရေးကြီးပါတယ်။ 🤍

အဲ့ဒီအချိန်မှာ ကလေးရဲ့အတွင်းမှာ
“I can. I belong here. I can contribute.”
ဆိုတဲ့ ခံစားချက်လေး တဖြည်းဖြည်း ပေါ်လာပါတယ်။ 🌿

That children don’t need to be rushed or constantly corrected. They need time, trust, freedom to explore, and opportunities to try.

Every mistake is part of learning.
Every repetition builds confidence.
And every child has their own unique way of discovering the world. 🤍

Sometimes, the best thing we can do is simply observe, trust, and let the child grow. 🌱
