We are seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team as a Dancer and Vocal Trainer. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality dance and vocal training to our students.
Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver engaging and challenging dance and vocal training programs for students of all ages and experience levels.
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to students to help them develop their dance and vocal skills.
- Organize and conduct regular classes, rehearsals, and performances.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and other staff members.
- Attend and participate in relevant training or professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in dance and vocal training, with a strong teaching background.
- Highly skilled in various dance styles (e.g., ballet, hip hop, contemporary, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple classes and projects at once.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
