ဘဝမှာ ကိုယ် control လုပ်လို့မရတဲ့ဟာတွေကို တွေးပြီး စိတ်ပူနေခဲ့တယ်။ အဲ့ဒါက ကိုယ်ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်တဲ့အရာလားဆိုတော့လဲ မဟုတ်ဘူး။ ဒါကို ခေါင်းထဲထည့်စဉ်းစားပြီး စိတ်ညစ်နေတာ။ ခုတော့ ပြောင်းပြီးစဥ်းစားတယ် ကိုယ် control လုပ်လို့မရတာဆို စိတ်ထားတတ်အောင်‌ပဲနေတော့တယ်။
