This year we revel among the maples. Even in the dense August heat, this gently shaded space softens the pressure to dance, sleep, listen, eat, and explore Vir at your own pace.

Our idea is simple: to blend with the landscape's ecology without disappearing or harming it, allowing the natural setting to remain the primary context for engagement, interaction, and visibility.

As we continue to deepen the Vir experience with each new edition, we urge everyone to be mindful of that freedom, and to look after yourselves, each other, and the surroundings.

Dear friends of Vir,

The season of blossom is upon us, and we have some sweet news on the way!

Vir 2026 dates are AUGUST 14-15.

After carefully listening to your honest impressions from last year, we have decided to move the festival to a more intimate and immersive setting. But worry not! Our home remains rooted in the heart of Toplik.

As the next chapter of Vir comes into view, we rise to our duty to deliver an ambitious and high-quality music and arts program. Announcement is coming by the end of the month!

As the year comes to an end we reflect & recap on what began as an idea & slowly, a shared experience.

Across the festival, Vir opened a space for music, art, and connection, shaped by the people who stepped into it.

Artists from near and far shared their sound and vision, while the surroundings became a part of the story.

It wasn’t about scale or spectacle, but about presence, curiosity, and respect for the space we gathered in.

Thank you to everyone who contributed, created, listened, and was a part of this.

The first year is wrapped as Vir now steps into 2026.
