Paris Games Week
Paris Games Week (abbreviated PGW) is an annual exhibition dedicated to video games, created in 2008, the first edition of which took place from October 27 to 31, 2010 and is organized by the Syndicate of Leisure Software Publishers (SELL) . The decision to create this fair was taken by the latter, seeing that the major video game fair in France, the Video Game Festival, despite its success, did not meet its expectations.

J-POP 🎧

J-pop, an abbreviated term for Japanese pop or Japanese pop music, is a musical genre that has been a part of Japanese pop culture since the mid-twentieth century. J-pop applies to various music genres, from jazz and vocal ballads to pop-rock and folk, and “idol pop,” which features the highly polished and aggressively marketed entertainers known as Japanese idols and idol groups.
However, J-pop differs from Western and other forms of Asian pop in sound, as it hews closer to Japanese musical tropes. As a result, J-pop artists have not yet received the global trending and popularity of South Korean or K-pop artists like BTS, Exo, or Blackpink.

Manga has a rich history that can be dated back to the 12th Century; throughout time the themes changed. Nowadays, there are many different genres within manga, and it's not easy to define; manga has as it has many styles as it has artists. The appeal lies in the attention of detail in the graphics, as well as the complexity of the plot and the attachment to the characters.
ANIME - JAPANESE MOVIES 🎬
Japanese animation films and series, called anime or sometimes japanime / japanimation, have a large audience, similar to that of manga. The anime developed in Japan during the 1960s, thanks to the work of Osamu Tezuka in particular, and was exported overseas the following decade. Today, one of the most popular masters of animation is undoubtedly Hayao Miyazaki and his team at Studio Ghibli.

Popular culture (also called mass culture or pop culture) is generally recognized by members of a society as a set of practices, beliefs, artistic output (also known as, popular art or mass art) and objects that are dominant or prevalent in a society at a given point in time. Popular culture also encompasses the activities and feelings produced as a result of interaction with these dominant objects. The primary driving force behind popular culture is the mass appeal, and it is produced by what cultural analyst Theodor Adorno refers to as the "culture industry".

Heavily influenced in modern times by mass media, this collection of ideas permeates the everyday lives of people in a given society. Therefore, popular culture has a way of influencing an individual's attitudes towards certain topics. However, there are various ways to define pop culture. Because of this, popular culture is something that can be defined in a variety of conflicting ways by different people across different contexts. It is generally viewed in contrast to other forms of culture such as folk cults, working-class culture, or high culture, and also through different academic perspectives such as psychoanalysis, structuralism, postmodernism, and more. The common pop-culture categories are: entertainment (such as film, music, television and video games), sports, news (as in people/places in the news), politics, fashion, technology, and slang.
