Who here is a fan of Kagurabachi? 😁😁

According to the recent official fan-favorite character ranking, Shiba placed 4th, behind Chihiro, Uruha, and Hakuri. But personally, to me, he’s the GOAT 🔥😁

That’s why I made this fan art of him with his beautiful 1960 Nissan Cedric 😁

Fun fact: did you know that, according to his editor, Takeru Hokazono finished inking an entire chapter of Kagurabachi — around 19 pages — in only 12 hours before the deadline? 😱😱

I’ve always considered weekly manga artists to be superhuman (even with assistants), but this is just beyond comprehension 🤯🤯

Hey!

If you’re seeing this, it’s a sign the universe is sending you to tell you to finally work on that project that’s been slowly rotting in your head because you keep finding excuses not to do it xD lol

As for me, I’ve had this story I wanted to adapt into a manga living rent-free in my head for over a decade. I never really started working on it because every single time, I told myself my art still wasn’t good enough (and honestly, I still think that’s the case xD).

But after realizing that more than ten years had already gone by, I thought to myself that I was probably never going to do it otherwise.

And so, I was struck by the spirit of “make it happen, make it better later 🙂”.

I’ve almost finished the thumbnails and I’ll be starting the inking soon.

I might make videos about the process too, if I can overcome my incredible laziness 😅

I've been trying to post regularly, but it's definitely not easy!

I've been working on this piece since last December, and honestly, this is the most detailed thing I’ve ever done. I’d even say it’s the peak of my work so far! 🥲

At one point, I wanted to give up and left it aside for a while… but I pushed through and finally finished it! 🥲
