Local movie goers – expose them to indie genres of quality filmmaking. Local distribution is focused mainly on Hollywood blockbusters and there few opportunities for smaller, indie, “artsy” films to reach their audience. Young regional filmmakers – the ones who share a deep love for genre filmmaking and all its international aspects, whether from Montenegro, the Region, or globally will get a chance to showcase their craft. The Festival is specially recognized for the Master Classes conducted by established international filmmakers.
