128km - leaving France for Luxembourg and finishing in Belgium. , Although the distance was shorter than yesterday, it was mainly uphill which slowed the cyclists. Also some rain, which was almost welcome after the heat of the first 3 days. No injuries but Lara and Joe kept busy at the stops helping the cyclists with the inevitable strains of the challenge.

The ALIVE team left Malta with H.E. the President of Malta's best wishes. After arriving in Zurich a coach trip to the night's lodging, but before resting the bikes need to be assembled & checked. Tomorrow we leave for Switzerland, with a 140km ride. Weather so far looking good!

The 14th group training session, just 2 more to go!
The 80km course had some offroad thrown in. Weather getting hotter - temperature at 37 degrees making it harder!
