Chakradance™ is a spontaneous dance to the rhythm of modern music. Catherine is a licensed facilitator of Chakradance (www.chakradance.com) Come and explore.

Chakradance™ is a dance of free movement to the rhythm of modern music. Chakradance™, can be said to a fitness class to train the mind, body and spirit; a wellbeing practice. During a Chakradance™ class I will guide you into each chakra with spontaneous dance, specific music pulsating the frequency of each chakra, guided imagery, meditation and mandala art drawing. In a darkened room, lit only by

candle-light, we move with our eyes closed, and our attention turned inwards, As we surrender to our own experience we make a connection with our inner world – the world of our imagination, feelings, intuition and senses. On one level, CHAKRADANCE™ can be experienced as a joyful affirmation of who you truly are and on another level Chakradance™ is deeply healing and can help you to gain insights and clarity into your life. As your energy shifts and the blocks dissolve, you will find yourself moving into more balanced states, feeling more energised and alive. Welcome to Chakradance™. Have fun. Find meaning. Let go and relax. Come and look deeper into yourself, and experience more within the dance that is uniquely yours.

On Saturday, 12 beautiful souls came together to journey through the throat chakra in Chakradance™ 💙💃🕺

Through movement, mantra, music, and expression, we explored the power of voice—not just the words we speak, but the energy and truth carried beneath them.🎶🎤

We danced our intentions.�We released what had been held back.�We allowed sound and vibration to move through the body and beyond it.

There was freedom in the space…�freedom to express, to feel, to soften, to be seen, and to simply be ourselves.

A reminder that our voice is powerful.
Our truth is powerful.
�And when we allow ourselves to embody it fully, something shifts.

I really do believe in synchronicities … life keeps bringing them to me! ✨

On Sunday, a spontaneous decision to take a trip to nature. We ended up walking deep into the forest 🌳 and ended up by the mesmerising waterfall! The energy of the Earth was raw and powerful. It felt so right after dancing the base chakra the evening before. 💃

It felt even more right, when we got by the waterfall and saw these beautiful majestic roots. 🪾They felt strong, connected and so alive! Synchronicity at its best… when you dance the roots, and then you see the roots at their glory! ✨

If I had a doubt on the importance of the root, I certainly cleared all that. The roots are essential for a strong stable foundation that can wither all sorts of weather. If I want to grow I must ensure that I nourish my roots. The roots is where everything starts but also continues to grow, strengthen and flourish! 🪾🌳✨🙏

Keeping grounded is essential for balance, focus, and calm.

May your roots grow stronger and stronger! ✨
