Astăzi am avut o întâlnire frumoasă cu coordonatoarea Cristina Turcu de la American Corner Ungheni — un centru educațional și cultural creat în parteneriat cu Ambasada SUA în Republica Moldova și o instituție locală.

Am discutat despre noi oportunități de colaborare, proiecte comune și inițiative orientate spre dezvoltarea antreprenorială și implicarea tinerilor în comunitate.

Credem că parteneriatele construite pe valori comune pot genera idei și proiecte care aduc impact real la nivel local.

🤩50 States in 50 Weeks session, took participants on a virtual journey to the vibrant state of Louisiana, where they explored its rich culture, iconic landmarks, and unique traditions.
🎷From the lively rhythms of jazz to the charm of historic cities, the presentation offered a dynamic glimpse into what makes Louisiana truly special.
🗣Adding a personal touch, a FLEX Alumni who previously visited the ”Pelican State” during his exchange program shared his firsthand experiences and insight. The session concluded with an engaging Jeopardy-style quiz moderated by the alumni, turning learning into a fun and interactive challenge for everyone involved.

🏞️🇺🇸 Our Freedom 250: U.S. National Parks Adventure brought participants on a journey through the beauty, history, and stories of America’s most iconic landscapes—from Grand Canyon and Sequoia National Park to Yellowstone National Park and Yosemite National Park. 🌲

Together with our Fulbright ETA in Ungheni, Felicia Carrara, participants explored the importance of preserving these natural treasures and discovered why they continue to inspire generations.

🇺🇸✨Together with Peace Corps Volunteer Lena Leavitt, .le.na, participants explored the stories behind iconic places like Grand Canyon, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, and Badlands National Park—discovering how these landscapes became part of America’s “best idea.”

💬 Through engaging discussions, we reflected on the beauty, history, and complexity of public lands, gaining a deeper appreciation for nature and its preservation.
