Today our devoted volunteers presented a 🚀"Journey to the Moon" to the university students. The participants of the event learned about the significance of the Artemis || mission for all humanity 🌏. The session consisted of a theoretical and interactive Kahoot part. We also watched a short documentary about the Artemis crew, and had a lively discussion after.

💡Today our volunteer Aliona Calmis delivered a presentation on How to Hack Your Memory 🧠 to the university students. It was a cool opportunity to mobilize student' efforts before their final exams!

Today hosted a group of high school students. alumna Olga Sciucina presented to our visitors the benefits of studying English language, the structure of the university in Tiraspol and the resources that American Center offers to students and visitors. This meeting was a great opportunity to promote a among local youth.

On April 30 hosted a session on the Hostory of U.S. National Parks. Joanne Kramb- Attaché for Culture and Education at the U.S. Embassy and ETA Maya Watson introduced to participants American national parks' development in the historical context. Ms. Kramb explained students how early photography transformed the American West from a distant frontier into a national treasure.

Today our volunteer and alumna Aliona Calmis presented an interesting session on 💡Neuroplasticity for the Linguistic Department students. Participants learned interesting facts and discoveries made by an outstanding American neuroscientist Marian Diamond. Students also learned how to develop 🧠 neuroplasticity in the brain.

Today hosted a session dedicated to understanding American humor through comedy shows and movies. Participants learned interesting facts about the components of a joke, played Bingo and had a lively conversation during the event. The session was moderated by our volunteer Olga.
