American Center "Ion Creanga" The American Center (AC former ETRC) was created by the U.S. Embassy, Moldova in collaboration with the “I. Creanga” State Pedagogical University.

American Center organizes events for both teachers of English and students who learn English. The American Center organizes events for both teachers of English and students who learn English. The main objective of all ETRC programs is to assist English teachers from around Moldova in their professional development in order to enhance their professional teaching skills and improve their students' English language competence.
