THE MANAGER
Responsible for supervising gaming tables and gaming dealers to ensure both players and dealers follow house rules and conduct themselves appropriately. Manage day-to-day operations of casino, including cash flow, security management, and customer service.
PIT BOSS
A pit boss, also called a pit manager or a gaming supervisor, oversees operations on the casino floor. He spends much of his time circulating among the tables and monitoring customers to ensure everyone plays by the rules.
DEALER / DEALER INSPECTOR
The responsebility of a casino dealer vary by workplace but typically involve dealing cards for games such as poker or blackjack, operating the roulette wheel or assisting patrons on the slot machine floor. ... Another important responsibility is to be on the lookout for patrons who break the casino rules.
SLOT ATTENDANT
A slot attendant works in a casino, monitoring the slot machines. Your duties are to report machine glitches, distribute winnings when necessary, and handle complaints from unhappy players. Additionally, you are responsible for surveillance of your section.
SLOT TECHNICIAN
Slot Technician maintains slots machines, replaces parts, and cleans machines as needed. Removes machines from gaming floor with the aid of a hand truck as needed. Being a slots Technician may require a high school diploma or its equivalent.
CCTV OPERATOR
Cctv Operators are mainly responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, reporting incidents or suspicious behavior and contacting the authorities when necessary.
