من 6 إلى 9 فبراير 2026 في القاهرة، مصر، عقدت شبكة برلمانيون من أجل المناخ (P4C)، وهي شبكة دولية تضم برلمانيين حاليين وسابقين تعمل على تعزيز العمل المناخي والاستدامة البيئية، بالتعاون مع البرنامج الإقليمي للحوار السياسي في جنوب البحر الأبيض المتوسط (PolDiMed) التابع لمؤسسة كونراد أديناور (KAS)، المؤتمر الإقليمي بعنوان:
"المسارات البرلمانية للعمل المناخي والابتكار والمشاركة المدنية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا–المتوسط: الاجتماع الثالث لفرع شبكة برلمانيون من أجل المناخ (P4C) في منطقة MENA".
وقد استند هذا المؤتمر رفيع المستوى إلى نتائج الاجتماعات الإقليمية السابقة التي عقدت في الرباط، المغرب (فبراير 2024) وإسطنبول، تركيا (يونيو 2025)، وهدف إلى تعزيز التعاون البرلماني في مجالات العمل المناخي والابتكار والمشاركة المدنية عبر منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا–المتوسط.
وجمع المؤتمر برلمانيين حاليين وسابقين، وصناع سياسات، وخبراء، وفاعلين من منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا والاتحاد الأوروبي وافريقيا، موفراً منصة ديناميكية للحوار الاستراتيجي، والتعلم المتبادل، وتطوير مسارات برلمانية ملموسة للعمل.
From 6 to 9 February 2026, in Cairo, Egypt, Parliamentarians for Climate (P4C), an international network of current and former parliamentarians promoting climate action and sustainability, in collaboration with the Regional Program Political Dialogue in the Southern Mediterranean (PolDiMed) of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), convened the Regional Conference entitled:
“Parliamentary Pathways for Climate, Innovation, and Civic Engagement in the MENA–Mediterranean Region: Third Meeting of the MENA Chapter of Parliamentarians for Climate (P4C)”.
This high-level conference built on the outcomes of the previous regional meetings held in Rabat, Morocco (February 2024) and Istanbul, Türkiye (June 2025), and aimed to further strengthen parliamentary cooperation on climate action, innovation, and civic engagement across the MENA–Mediterranean region.
The conference brought together current and former parliamentarians, policymakers, experts, and key stakeholders from the MENA region, Africa and the European Union, providing a dynamic platform for strategic dialogue, peer learning, and the development of concrete parliamentary pathways for action.
