I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Sam Meekings, a British internationally-renowned poet and novelist, and a scholar of creative practices and processes with a special focus on digital and trauma-informed creative writing at QNL.
His famous Book, ''Wonder and Loss.''

Let's congratulate Souraya Ibrahim.
This year is for Ibrahim Souraya, one of my ambitious and activist students at the 2025 YALI Mandela Washington Fellowship.
Every year one of my students at the English department has to be lucky to be selected for the YALI Mandela Washington Fellowship in the U.S.
They all keep my words that ''Helping the others is helping yourself." During their classes, i kept telling them that everybody should go and help his/her community because outside there are lots of opportunities for young activist volunteers. Now, they see their positive results.
Taking advice is better than taking money.

The Embassy of the United States in Madagascar is excited to announce the 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨.𝗦. 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 (𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗜) 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀! This is a fantastic opportunity for secondary school educators and administrators to deepen their understanding of U.S. society, culture, and education.

- Experienced secondary school teachers, administrators, curriculum developers, and others who are passionate about enhancing U.S. studies in their curricula.
- Candidates should be between the ages of 30-50 and ideally have limited or no prior experience in the U.S.
