Un nouveau géant attend les visiteurs à Crocoparc Agadir : une reconstitution grandeur nature du Spinosaurus, longue de 11 mètres. Ce dinosaure vivait il y a environ 100 millions d'années dans les grands fleuves de l'actuel sud-est marocain, autour du plateau de Kem Kem. Face à lui, chacun prend la vraie mesure d'un monde disparu.
عملاقٌ جديد في انتظار الزوّار بكروكوبارك أكادير: مجسّمٌ بالحجم الطبيعي للسبينوصور يبلغ طوله أحد عشر مترًا. عاش هذا الديناصور قبل نحو مئة مليون عام في الأنهار الكبرى لما يُعرف اليوم بجنوب شرق المغرب، في منطقة هضبة كم كم. وأمامه، يدرك الزائر حجم عالمٍ اندثر منذ زمن بعيد.
A new giant awaits visitors at Crocoparc Agadir: a life-size, 11-metre reconstruction of Spinosaurus. This dinosaur lived around 100 million years ago in the great rivers of what is now south-eastern Morocco, around the Kem Kem region. Standing before it, every visitor gets a true sense of the scale of a lost world.

Un crocodile ne mâche pas sa nourriture : il arrache un morceau, bascule la tête en arrière et l'avale entier. Ses dents se cassent régulièrement, mais elles repoussent toute sa vie un crocodile du Nil peut en user plusieurs milliers au fil des décennies.
التمساح لا يمضغ طعامه. يقتطع منه قطعة، ثم يرفع رأسه إلى الأعلى ويبتلعها كاملة. أسنانه تتكسّر باستمرار، لكنها تنمو من جديد طوال حياته، وقد تتغيّر أسنانه آلاف المرات خلال عقود من عمره.
A crocodile doesn't chew its food: it tears off a chunk, tips its head back and swallows it whole. Its teeth break constantly but keep growing back for life a Nile crocodile can go through thousands of them over the decades.

Nouvelle espèce à Crocoparc : le caïman à museau large (Caiman latirostris) rejoint officiellement le parc ! Originaire des marais du Brésil, d'Argentine, du Paraguay, de Bolivie et d'Uruguay, ce crocodilien peut atteindre 1,5 m, 90 kg et vivre jusqu'à 50 ans. Nous serons ravis de vous le faire découvrir lors de votre prochaine visite.
نوعٌ جديدٌ ينضمُّ إلى كروكوبارك: الكَيْمن عريضُ الخَطْم! يعيشُ هذا الزاحفُ في مستنقعاتِ ومياهِ البرازيل والأرجنتين والباراغواي وبوليفيا والأوروغواي، ويبلغُ طولُه مترًا ونصفًا ووزنُه تسعينَ كيلوغرامًا، وقد يعيشُ خمسينَ عامًا. يسعدُنا أن نعرّفَكم بِه خلالَ زيارتِكم القادمةِ إلى الحديقة.
A new species joins Crocoparc: the broad-snouted caiman (Caiman latirostris)! Native to the wetlands of Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Bolivia and Uruguay, this crocodilian grows up to 1.5 m, weighs up to 90 kg and can live for 50 years. We'd be delighted to introduce him to you on your next visit.

En mai 2026, Crocoparc Agadir a eu l'honneur d'accueillir, sous le Haut Patronage de Sa Majesté le Roi Mohammed VI, le congrès mondial du Groupe des spécialistes des crocodiles de l'UICN.
Pour la première fois en Afrique du Nord, 185 experts et scientifiques de 40 nationalités différentes se sont réunis à Agadir pour échanger sur la recherche, la conservation des crocodiliens et la protection de la biodiversité.
Un moment fort qui confirme le rôle de Crocoparc comme acteur engagé de la conservation et contribue au rayonnement scientifique du Maroc à l'international. 🐊🌍
تحت الرعاية السامية لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، كان لكروكوبارك أكادير شرف استضافة، في مايو 2026، المؤتمر العالمي لمجموعة أخصائيي التماسيح التابعة للاتحاد الدولي لحفظ الطبيعة.
ولأول مرة في شمال إفريقيا، اجتمع في أكادير 185 خبيرًا وعالمًا يمثلون 40 جنسية مختلفة لتبادل الآراء حول البحث العلمي وحفظ التماسيح وحماية التنوع البيولوجي.

In May 2026, Crocoparc Agadir had the honor of hosting, under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the world congress of the IUCN Crocodile Specialist Group.
For the first time in North Africa, 185 experts and scientists from 40 different nationalities gathered in Agadir to exchange knowledge on research, crocodilian conservation, and biodiversity protection.
