✨International Air Athletics Association presents compulsory exercises in discipline pole sport for the 1st International Air Athletics Championship.

❗ In accordance with the rules while preparing the program, the athlete chooses not more than 10 compulsory exercises:
✅Group Strength - maximum 3
✅Group Balance - maximum 3
✅Group Flexibility - maximum 3
✅Group Special section - maximum 1
