Dažreiz šķiet, ka pat vissaulainākajās dienās iekšējā neapmierinātība pārņem virsroku. Tādos brīžos ņemu piemēru no kaķiem - nolienu no pasaules kņadas un sameklēju savu nostūrīti. Ļaujos saules stariem un elpai. Ir normāli pabūt vienam, sakārtot prātu un emocijas. Aa, un protams pastaipīties! Joga darot brīnumus ☀️🌊👀

Mēs dzīvojam saspīlētā laikmetā. Viss strauji mainās. Dažreiz šķiet, ka ir tik viegli pazaudēties. Taču pārmaiņas ir pozitīvs process. Izjūtot stabilitāti pašos pamatos ir vieglāk pieņemt mainīgo. Tādēļ ir svarīgi apzināties savu pamatu. Savas vērtības.
Kā mēdz teikt - ar abām kājām uz zemes.

I started to drink coffee in young age. The strong aroma and warmness are one of the main coffee traits I remember till this day. After I learned a bit about coffee culture, growing, making and delivery I look to coffee very differently. It is a huge process, where every step must bee done qualitatively.

Mother nature is unique and intelligent in her essence. I am fascinated by natures diversity in colour, form, facture and mostly by processes. There is so much beauty around us. In micro and macro levels.
Watercolor works where I made forms and colours intuitive, following my inner voice.
