Hoist is back in an even bolder form. A little more shiny, still nostalgic and a hell of a lot more excited to welcome you to our first summer edition!🚀

Three B2B sets will bring you on a rythmic journey through the galaxy, touching on but not limited to our home planet of heartfelt indie dance, the hot and exciting star of italodisco, the groovy and always different meteors of house and the sometimes forgotten, but always powerful red giant of Electro.

And of course, last but not least - the dreamy sunrise duo to await the morning.

Getting to the point of Recurrence and Johnny Depo co-piloting the decks has been a fu***ng JOURNEY.

Many moons ago they started sharing electronic music and all the experiences that come with it. They had such a damn good time, they decided to give DJing a shot and ultimately moved on to organising their own little shindigs.

The two of them are finally ready to share their combined taste that has heavily influenced their individual styles, but in its most raw form.

It’ll be a mix of the hopeful techno-optimism of the late 90’s, turn-of-the-millennium twisted and sultry darkness, as well as the 2020’s return of prog. Feelings that are vague yet oddly familiar to us all. Dreamy.

You already know our next duo, so we’ll keep it short.

Our OGs - Mikass & Plastic Outlaws - will provide the vibes curated more for once the darkness sets upon the (hopefully) warm summer night. Rooted mostly in indie dance and house, for our fourth sesssion of Hoist you perhaps will also hear a mix of additional electro, acid and progressive house sounds. As always - energy is the key and there will be plenty to share with everyone in the room.

Looking deeper at what the duo expects from the 004 edition of Hoist - its about growing the community and sharing what is at the core of the event: great and heartfelt vibes for everyone. To Hoist is to have an open invitation to come express and let go of whatever might trouble you during the early parts of the week. A curated shower of positive emotions is coming real soon.

SLEPE is a Riga-based DJ delivering high-voltage sets where breakbeat tension, hardgroove drive, and stripped-back techno lock into a relentless, forward-pushing flow. Shaped early by Depeche Mode, The Prodigy, and Underworld, his sound is driven by atmosphere, lift, and pure obsession rather than genre rules. After cutting his teeth curating and playing his own nights at Lokal House, Saulart, and One One, he’s taken that energy into unconventional spaces - from a former Soviet-era bunker to warehouse-style club floors - and through the Netherlands with Smoke Shed Crew. Now back in Riga after three years deep in the rave circuit, Slepe moves between the A-Meant collective and Smoke Shed Crew, delivering tight grooves, raw intensity, and sets built for the moment when the room disappears and only the pulse remains.
