I am very happy to announce my sculpture 𝘎𝘜𝘌𝘙𝘙𝘌𝘙𝘈 𝘗𝘙𝘖𝘛𝘌𝘊𝘛𝘖𝘙𝘈 (𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘢) is now part of the Whitney Museum of American Art’s permanent collection, and is currently featured in the exhibition “Shifting Landscapes” on view now through January 1, 2026.

I created this piece as a testament to power, protection, and freedom—qualities that constantly feel beyond reach. I find comfort knowing that this work, along with its message, will endure, carried forward by this institution.

My heartfelt gratitude to curators Daisy Nam and Marcela Guerrero, whose support and perseverance made it possible to share this piece on a larger stage, letting its message find resonance among new audiences. 🤍

I am presenting works amongst a wall of sound from Nitsch’s “THE OR**ES MYSTERIES THEATER”

I am truly honored to be invited to continue my dialogue with Nitsch, who was a dear friend and mentor. Encountering his work almost 20 years ago in Houston deeply changed me and taught me what alchemy thought art could be.

This labyrinth contains 17 stainless steel sculptures, 3 painted rocks and 5 paintings and 5 mirrors each measuring 3x4 meters sound and scent.
