Our pole classes focus mainly on achieving pole moves as well as each week alternating between strength conditioning and improving our dancing, to cover all aspects of Pole Fitness/ Dance. Membership:
"Bronze" (4 any classes/month) - 40 euro
"Silver"(8 any classes/month) - 65 euro
"Gold"(12 Antverpenes classes/ month) - 85euro
Pay as you go - 15 euro
PRIVATE- 35 euro ; SEMIPRIVATE -55 euro. OPEN TRAINING/ PRACTICE TIME €-15 FOR 1hr
Private with Olga Biserova or Anete Blaua - 40 euro. HEN PARTIES - 100 euro/hr
(We offer personalized 60 minutes classes for special occasions, designed to fit all levels including those with no fitness or dance background. For these classes we will be doing basic tricks, posses, smooth transitions and dance moves while learning an easy choreography. Moreover, the focus is on having lots of fun!)
