Sea bass blues started as a line caught sea bass with asparagus that ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Michelin Chef Arnaud Faye, Epicure, Bristol. Paris, crafted into a seared composition posed on a spiral shaped dish. I focused on the searing and the spiral of the dish reworking the color combination in a more abstract manner. Bon Artpetit.
