It’s been a very exciting week bringing Mahler’s Symphony N° 2 to life with our fantastic conductor, Tugan Sokhiev! It’s been a dream to perform the symphony in Vienna, a city so deeply connected to Mahler.

Thank you Luxembourg Philharmonic 😊

About last night ✨

Historical bows, gut strings and a lot of learning along the way. Bringing this music to life together was a wonderful experience.

A big thank you to .degand for sharing her knowledge and passion with us, as well as Andrea Garnier, Jean-Emmanuel Grebet and Anne Galowich for accompanying us in this project.

Thank you as well to everyone who came to listen and support us, it meant a lot!!🎶

Tonight, the Luxembourg Philharmonic Academy takes the stage at the Salle de Musique de Chambre with a programme rooted in French Baroque music.
Led by violinist and conductor , we explore the foundations of orchestral sound through works by Lully, Rebel, Leclair, Torelli and Dauvergne.

Why does this music matter? Because understanding where orchestral language began is essential to interpreting everything that followed.
