VšĮ „Lietuvos dailės fondas“ (toliau – „Fondas“), įsteigtas 2013 metais, yra Fondo, VšĮ „Ellex Valiunas meno rėmimo fondas“, advokatų kontoros „Ellex Valiunas“ (iki 2015-05-20 advokatų kontora LAWIN) ir advokato Rolando Valiūno meno kolekcijų tvarkytojas. Fondas yra sukaupęs Lietuvos visuomenei ir jos pažinimui ypač svarbią Lietuvos meno kūrinių kolekciją, kurios išskirtiniai bruožai yra orientaci
ja tik į su Lietuvos istorija susijusius meno kūrinius, tematinis daugiaplaniškumas ir mastas. Šiuo metu kolekcijoje sukaupta apie 1000 tapybos darbų, per 260 skulptūrų, per 490 žemėlapių, per 480 istorinės grafikos darbų (seniausi rinkinyje esantys pavyzdžiai siekia XV amžių), per 1000 lituanistinių knygų ir kitų spaudinių, išleistų iki 1905 m. Taip pat yra kaupiami lituanistinės medalistikos, sidabro kalybos bei kitų artefaktų pavyzdžiai (senoviniai Lietuvoje naudoti šarvai, ginklai, pinigai, papuošalai ir kt.). Iš viso kolekcijoje yra per 5000 eksponatų, dauguma jų – surinktas po visą pasaulį išsibarstęs lituanistinis paveldas. Fondo veiklos tikslai – įkurti meno muziejų, skirtą kaupti, saugoti, restauruoti, tirti ir eksponuoti su Lietuva susijusius dailės kūrinius bei rinkinius; organizuoti parodas; leisti meno albumus; skatinti, remti ir populiarinti muziejus, dailininkus ir kitus menininkus bei subjektus, veikiančius su daile ir kitais menais susijusiose srityse; skatinti visuomenės domėjimąsi menu; remti ir skatinti iniciatyvas, prisidedančias prie meno populiarinimo; gauti ir teikti labdarą bei paramą.

The Lithuanian Art Foundation (the Foundation), a public enterprise established in 2013, is the manager of the Foundation’s, the Ellex Valiunas Art Support Foundation’s, the law firm’s Ellex Valiunas (law firm LAWIN until 20-05-2015), and Rolandas Valiūnas’s, attorney-at-law, art collections. The Foundation has accumulated a collection of Lithuanian art that is very important to Lithuanian society. The distinctive features of this collection are its orientation towards works of art exclusively related to Lithuanian history, thematic variety, and scale. At the moment the collection consists of approximately 1,000 paintings, over 260 sculptures, over 490 maps, over 480 pieces of historic graphic art (the oldest pieces in the collection date back to the 15th century), and over 1,000 Lithuanian books and other publications published before 1905. The collection also has Lithuanian medals, silver coins, and other artefacts (ancient Lithuanian armour, guns, money, jewellery, etc.). There are over 5,000 exhibits in the collection, and the majority are objects of Lithuanian heritage collected from all over the world. The main aims of the Foundation are to establish an art museum for the storage of the collection and to collect, restore, examine and exhibit pieces of art and art collections related to Lithuania; organise exhibitions; publish albums of art; encourage, support and popularize museums, painters, and other artists and subjects related to the fine arts and other forms of art; encourage society’s interest in arts; support and encourage initiatives that contribute to the popularisation of art; and receive and provide charity and support.
