The artists of NordArt 2026 are announced! ✨
After thousands of applications from around the world, around 200 selected artists will once again shape one of Europe’s largest exhibitions of contemporary art — on the historic grounds of the Carlshütte in Schleswig-Holstein. 🌍

THE BALTIC STATES
Vilnius – Riga – Tallinn: “Notes from the Fringe”
Special projects will further define this season:
“Landscape of Thought” (contemporary Chinese art),
“Silsila” (women artists from Central Asia),
and “Between Wind and Spirit – Traces in Space” (contemporary Mongolian art).
In 2026, artists from across the globe will come together again to tell a shared story of our time — in dialogue between art, historical space and audience.
We are looking forward to the opening — and we hope you are too.

Nach tausenden Bewerbungen aus aller Welt werden rund 200 ausgewählte Positionen erneut eine der größten Kunstausstellungen Europas prägen — auf dem Gelände der historischen Carlshütte in Schleswig-Holstein. 🌍

Weitere Akzente setzen die Projekte
„Landscape of Thought“ (zeitgenössische chinesische Kunst),
„Silsila“ (Künstlerinnen aus Zentralasien)
sowie „Zwischen Wind und Geist – Spuren im Raum“ (zeitgenössische mongolische Kunst).
2026 kommen Künstlerinnen und Künstler aus aller Welt erneut zusammen, um eine gemeinsame Geschichte unserer Zeit zu erzählen — im Dialog zwischen Kunst, historischem Raum und Publikum.
Wir freuen uns auf die Eröffnung — und hoffen, ihr auch.
