Šv. Jono gatvės galerija St. John's street gallery is located in the Old Town of Vilnius, Lithuania. Šv. Jono gatvės galerija įsikūrusi Vilniaus senamiestyje, XVI a. pastate.

A XVIth century building now holds art exhibitions in the five main halls as well as in the authentic gothic vaults under the gallery's building. Veikia nuo 1991 metų, įsteigta Lietuvos dailininkų sąjungos. Galerijos ekspozicinėse salėse ir autentiškuose gotikiniuose požemiuose vyksta modernaus ir šiuolaikinio meno parodos, siekiama pristatyti pripažintų profesionalių menininkų kūrybą bei alternatyvaus, eksperimentinio meno praktikas.
