KPM TEAM 2026
The smiles behind the 10th edition of the academy. Although each of us has a main field of work, everyone does a little bit of everything. This way, we keep learning new things and can respond quickly to any situation and to our students’ needs.
Gintaras oversees the artistic direction, planning, and supervision of the academy. Brilliantly detail-oriented, Brigita is responsible for communication and the preparation of the academy. Saulė and Gabrielė, both KPM alumnae with versatile experience and true KPM blood in their veins, take care of day-to-day office operations and social media reels. This year, they are assisted by two young managers in their debut year: Augustas (our former passive participant) and Emilis (a proud Šimkiukas).
Our photography tandem is a dynamic duo comprising another “golden” alumna, Mariia, and another multitalented Šimkiukas, Robert. Together, they will shoot hundreds of photos every day, allowing you, dear follower, to experience KPM from wherever you are in the world. For the tenth year in a row, Algirdas has been taking care of logistics, while Adolfas looks after the C. Bechstein concert piano.
Last but not least, Gintautas and everyone at theKlaipėdos Eduardo Balsio menų gimnazijaa manage a thousand small details, from maintaining cleanliness to ensuring the security of the premises. Our greetings also go to the teams of our concert partners in Plungė, Palanga, Plateliai, Klaipėda, and Šilutė, along with our gratitude for their beautiful collaboration and splendid worPalangos kultūros centras
