New piece 🤩 George Gershwin (1898–1937) was an American-Jewish composer and pianist, renowned for his ability to blend classical music with jazz and popular American styles. Gershwin's work left a lasting impact on American music, both in concert halls and on Broadway.

Did you know that although Mozart was famous and earned a reasonable income from his tours, he was known to spend a lot of money on a luxurious lifestyle, including fancy parties and fashionable hairstyles? 🤭 This 4-hands sonata was definitely a party tune 🎉

Gershwin composed this piece in 1930, with lyrics by his brother Ira Gershwin. The melody consists of a five-note pentatonic scale, first rising and then falling. Known for its infectious rhythm and catchy melody, it has been widely adapted by jazz musicians and serves as the basis for countless improvisations.
