TO ALL THE WELL MEANING MEMBERS OF F**A
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ IT.
Greeting to you all from the leadership of this noble organization, this is a comprehensive report to inform you about where we are and what we hope to achieve in the coming months. Firstly we sincerely apologize for weaknesses and for us not been informative over the period of time. But we reaffirm our commitment to exert more efforts to take this organization to the next level that anyone can ever imagine. This gone Sunday, January 28, 2018, members of F**A met and were able to reach decisions that will change the course of the organization.
The meeting minutes were as follow:
Briefing

Article of incorporation & Business or legal registration
The trip to Danane among others
Briefing --- Just to inform you on the activities leading up to December 2017, which we consider as our silent month during the past time, we have had Deaths, Sicknesses, Accident, Marriage, Graduation, among others. And some we attended to, some we didn’t, and others are still pending. Just so you can know, we lost Gerald Ferguson (West), Princess N. Monmia lost her Mother, Anthony Vankpana lost his father, Theolyn Pittman was involved in an accident, Rossetta Sonkarlay was sick and is still not well and Sharon Wordworth has recovered from her illness and is planning on visiting the next meeting section.
We did identify with West by cash of $ 1500 LD, Theolyn $10 USD, Sharon $ 20 USD plus $ 500 LD, at the same time Prince Y.Q. Gonway graduated from the UL and so $ 10 USD was used for his gift, Mr. Thomas T. Fayiah wedding was well attended, but his gift is still pending and others were untouched.
Starring Leadership --- Princesses Monmia suggested and it was agreed upon by the body that Gabriel Kamara remains as the chairperson and head the starring committee leading up to the trip to Danane. The body also agreed to add other committed people who include Stephen Nyonly, G. Lorain Kruah, and Sonkally Kpeh. The committee is tasked with the responsibility to open an Account, Register the organization and do the Article of incorporation from now to June of this year. But the Account should firstly be opened to enable people pay their money for the trip to Danane in December of this year.
The committee was urged to write the following personalities for assistance. The list will be added as we receive more names as suggested by anyone.

2. Emmanuel D. Kamara
3. Floyd A. Morgan
4. Victor B. George
5. Ayo Quinee
And the list goes on as we all can suggest names that can help the process.
We know that money matter is a serious issue to be considered, so we are going to firstly open the Account. But just to remind you of what is left in cover, we have $30 USD plus 2800 LD. This amount includes Membership form and Due payment. The total balance left from June 2017 to present should have been $50 USD plus $ 4,050LD, but this amount was reduced by our activities and other emergency involvement we have attended to over the period of time. Please note that some of the money that was used over this period did not come from the organization budget, especially for Sharon Wordworth. People who read the financial report in the group chat or attended the very first meeting after the June 20th program know how we arrived at that balance, and that meeting was on September 24, 2017 and the post was about a week later.
Just a quick look at what came in and what was expended.
Income
1. June 20th balance --- $ 50 USD
2. Membership Form --- $ 3,000 LD
3. Due payment --- $ 1,050 LD
Expenditure
1. Gerald Ferguson --- $ 1,500LD
2. Thoelyn Pittman --- $ 10 USD
3. Operational fund (Transportation, Communication, Miscellaneous) --- $ 10USD plus $ 1,250 LD
Article of incorporation & Business / Legal Registration ---
Mr. Thomas T. Fayiah informed the body that it will cost $150.00 USD for the Article of Incorporation and $4,000.00 LD for the Business or legal registration. So, on this note we are to all act fast and play our parts to get this thing done together, and take the organization up to where we all want it to be.
The trip to Danane --- There were two suggestions on how much to be paid for the trip. Alvin Tonnelle suggested $100.00 USD and Meta M. Dekpah suggested $75.00 USD. It was voted on and out of the ten persons in attendance, seven persons voted in favor of the $100.00 USD, one for the $75.00 USD and two abstained. The amount now to pay for the trip to Danane is $100.00 USD, while it is said to be in the second week of December this year. This amount will be used for your transport, food and lodging.
Now with that been said, we once again give thanks and appreciation to those who have been part of the process financially, morally, and physically.
You guys are all wonderful people of Danane to work with. Now as we turn a new page of this sojourn, we ask that you all join us in effort to make this organization stand for the greater good of us all. Please leave your comments, suggestions and whatsoever contribution you will want to make.
