If you can’t help, don’t mock.

BaBa 2switt, years ago, you came on the internet in tears, claiming that the Public Works Ministry had destroyed your project at Duport Road Junction. You said the project was intended to be a children’s playground (park), and we all stood in solidarity with you.

After some negotiations, you were allowed to continue with the project. However, you suddenly turned the place into a nightclub called New Liberia instead of a playground 🎢 for children. This left many people surprised, but most of us chose to remain silent, even though many felt that the location was not suitable for that purpose.

Again, last year, you pledged to give $50,000 USD to upcoming business people. You even conducted a conference with those who applied for the opportunity, but in the end, you let them down without giving any reasonable explanation. That was wrong and unprofessional.

If you can’t help people, please don’t give them false hope or make fun of their struggles. This is how people can gradually lose their relevance and the respect they have earned.

I’m not against you; I’m against your consistent mockery of ordinary people and young hustlers who are trying to make something out of their lives.

Verydarkblackman, Peter Psquare is bigger than your entire content-creation career combined. If Mr. P ever called you directly, you should consider that a privilege not an opportunity to drag his name for attention.

Mr. P has built an international career, a massive audience, and a brand that extends far beyond Nigeria. Your influence is nowhere near that level.

PETER, please don’t give this guy the attention he is looking for. Some people only create controversy because they know associating themselves with bigger names can give them relevance.
